Required Qualifications:
  • EEC Preschool Lead Teacher Certified
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Arts, or Psychology or other related field
  • Experience with Arts Integration and Culturally Responsive Pedagogy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills; Ability to communicate compassionately and respectfully with people from a different races, ethnicities, cultures, genders, abilities and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share responsibility with colleagues, develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Open to learning new things and adaptable to changes
Duties:
  • Implement arts integrated curriculum for preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten students
  • Collaborate with team members to help create and implement curriculum effectively
  • Participate in professional development events, family nights, family conferences, staff meetings, and curriculum planning sessions
  • Participate in ongoing CMSS training in equity and inclusion
  • Observe all EEC Guidelines and Regulations
  • Be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all students, including diapering and medication administration
  • Have strong communication with families
  • Keep accurate records of students’ learning and development
  • Utilize technology for communication, enrichment, and professional development purposes
    â—‹ Proficient in Google Suite
    â—‹ Proficient with Zoom
