Community Music School of Springfield's Creative Care Partnership

Support your employees working remotely by providing educational opportunities for their children.

At this moment, organizations are faced with unique challenges that they must address innovatively and effectively, while their employees are simultaneously juggling more responsibilities than ever during their work day. Corporations who have devoted myriad resources to recruiting a diverse and capable team are now forced to consider the serious consequences should those employees need to leave the workforce to care for their children.

We invite you to partner with CMSS so that you can support your employees as they contribute to your organization during this extraordinary time.

CMSS’ Creative Care Partnership allows organizations to provide high quality, arts-centered educational opportunities as an HR benefit for employees who are currently working from home.

CMSS’ Creative Care Partnership Benefits Employers

  • Retain and attract talented working parents
  • Achieve a deeper connection with employees and their families
  • Strive for social and gender equality by directly addressing a disruption in workforce capacity

CMSS’ Creative Care Partnership Benefits Employees and their Families

  • Flexibility and tools to care for children while they are “safer at home”
  • Family-wide cognitive and creative development through engagements with the arts
  • Feeling valued and supported in their role at your organization

Here’s how it works:

Organizations choose a level of participation, based on the number of employees who will benefit from CMSS’ remote learning opportunities for their children.

Employees with children ages 2-6 receive arts-integrated remote preschool programming, and employees with school-age children receive a weekly (virtual) private music lesson.

Organizations pay a discounted rate for these services (based on the level of participation they choose), so that they can then offer these services as a benefit to their employees.

Learning that inspires Joy, Creativity, and Connection

Remote Preschool Program

Prelude Preschool’s remote programming is designed for parents who are working remotely while also keeping their little ones “safer at home” during these unprecedented times. Providing just enough structure to keep 2- to 6-year-olds engaged and curious, while also building in flexibility for parents who are juggling work and care responsibilities, we offer weekly thematic arts integrated learning – featuring music, visual arts, theater, yoga, dance, Community Circle Time, virtual field trips, and more!
