Trial Lesson Package

Choose a Trial Lesson Package for someone who wants to get a feel for high-quality music lessons using our state-of-the-art virtual platform.

You choose the length of the lesson (30, 45, or 60 minutes), and the recipient chooses the instrument and time that works best for their schedule when they redeem their gift package as early as December, with a start date for lessons scheduled for the new year.

New this year, if your loved one is ready to commit to ongoing lessons, you can LOCK IN discounted pricing for the rest of the school year (this translates to 4 free lessons, and payment plans are available).

You choose the length of the lesson (30, 45, or 60 minutes), and the recipient chooses the instrument and time that works best for their schedule when they redeem their gift package as early as December, with a start date for lessons in early January.

Gift Package Terms and Conditions

Trial Lesson Gift Packages (Buy-4-Lessons, Get-1-Free):

  • Trial Lesson Gift Packages sold November 19, 2020 – January 15, 2021
  • Register for lessons starting in December 2020
  • Start lessons January 2021 through May 1, 2021
  • Trial Lesson Gift Packages can only be redeemed by the person named on the gift package, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferrable
  • Trial Lessons are scheduled consecutively (CMSS holidays excluded), and no make-up lessons will be given for missed trial lessons
  • Current CMSS students: Trial Lesson Gift Packages can only be used for a new instrument or to enroll in an additional lesson with your current instrument
  • Registration fee waived if student enrolls after five-lesson trial is over
  • If student enrolls after five-lesson trial is over, regular lesson pricing applies
  • No payment plans available
  • Cannot be combined with any other CMSS discounts (pay in full, second/third lesson, autopay)
  • Cannot be combined with financial aid or scholarships

Lock-In Pricing (Buy-4-Lessons, Get-1-Free for Remainder of School Year):

  • Locked-In Pricing sold November 19, 2020 – January 15, 2021
  • Register for lessons in December 2020 or January 2021
  • Start lessons in early January 2021 (Locked-In Pricing covers 20 lessons, so starting late will result in fewer lessons and no prorating is available)
  • Locked-In Pricing can only be redeemed by the person named on the gift package, is not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferrable
  • Current CMSS students: Locked-In Pricing can only be used for a new instrument or to enroll in an additional lesson with your current instrument
  • Registration fee is waived for Locked-In Pricing
  • Monthly payment plans available (first of six payments is due at the time of purchase, and the five remaining payments will be automatically processed using a saved credit card on the 15th of January through May, 2020)
  • Cannot be combined with any other CMSS discounts (pay in full, second/third lesson, autopay)
  • Cannot be combined with financial aid or scholarships

Prelude Preschool of the Arts Holiday Bonuses:

  • Holiday Bonuses are automatically applied to students who enroll in any Prelude remote programming November 19 – December 31, 2020
  • If enrolling online, please note Holiday Bonuses will not appear in your “shopping cart” – they will be added/tracked by Prelude admin separately
  • Use Holiday Bonuses at any point in the 2020 – 2021 school year
  • All Prelude Preschool policies and pricing apply for students enrolling in remote programming during Holiday Bonus season
