Morgan Pope
Bassoon
Dr. Morgan Pope is a bassoonist and teacher located in West Hartford, CT. An experienced educator, Morgan maintains a private studio and is on the teaching faculty at the Hartt School Community Division, Wesleyan University, and the Community Music School of Springfield (MA). She also teaches reed-making and chamber music at the Juilliard Pre-college Division. Morgan can frequently be heard playing solo, chamber, and orchestra concerts in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Morgan holds degrees in bassoon performance and music education from The Hartt School, New England Conservatory, and Middle Tennessee State University.
