Spring Gala Appetizer and Wine Offering

Spring Gala donors of $100 or more may opt in to our Appetizer and Wine Offering

This offering is provided by The Federal and will be delivered by 6pm the day of the Spring Gala (April 30).
Orders must be placed by April 22.

Delivery is provided by CMSS staff and faculty and therefore is limited to a 20 mile radius from Springfield. If you live further away and would like to participate, we can arrange for pickup at CMSS.

Each box serves 2-3 people and includes:

Antipasto “Skewers” with olives, marinated baby artichokes and prosciutto di parma
Forest Mushroom Mini Quiche with brown butter
Kale & Cheddar Mini Quiche
Spanikopita, flakey pastry stuffed with spinach and feta
Chef curated dried and cured charcuterie from Italy and France
Artisanal Imported Cheese from England and Europe with fresh and dried fruit
House made breads and crackers
House made hummus with pita chips
Vegetable crudite with chef Anthony’s dips
375 ml Bottle of Italian Prosecco
