Jeremy Turgeon


Jeremy Turgeon is an alum of the Sci-Tech Band Program, attended Berklee College of Music and has been playing trumpet for 14 years. He is currently the trumpeter for Michelle Brooks-Thompson from NBC’s “The Voice”.  He is the band leader for the Jeremy Turgeon Quintet. Jeremy performed at notable venues and festivals such as Musikfest, Rockwood Music Hall, Shrine World Music Venue, Lincoln Center (Out of Doors), Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos, Litchfield Jazz Festival, Springfield Jazz and Roots Festival, Indie Soul Festival, Stone Soul Festival and Gloucester Blues Fest. He has worked with many local, regional, national, and international artists including: Avery Sharpe, Shana Wilson, Jerry Bergonzi, Wali Ali, Braxton Cook, Heshima Moja, Alex “Mr. Bassman” Moran, Abi Robles, Asa “Ace” Livingston, Johnny Rawls, Tony “Thunder” Smith, Marty Walsh, Danny “D Mo” Morris, Nichelle J. Mungo, Cleveland P. Jones, Taylor Ho Bynum, Magdalena Gomez, Jo Sallins, Marcus Pitts, Linda Henderson, and Natalie “Redd” McKnight.
