Annual Fund: Each year the School appeals to the CMSS Family and the general community to raise funds for music programs and scholarship assistance. Nearly half our students rely on financial aid. Foundations and Corporate Friends: Support from granting organizations, area businesses and corporations is essential for the maintenance and growth of CMSS. Proceeds underwrite music programs and capital projects. Encore Society: Friends whose annual gift is $1000 or more become members of our giving society. Gifts from Individuals: We appreciate financial donations as well as gifts of instruments and music. Sheet music and recordings become part of the Ruth Kemper Memorial Music Library. Concerto Grasso: Each year students showcase their abilities in marathon concerts at Barnes & Noble, Holyoke. Proceed benefit the Financial Aid Program. Special Events: CMSS sponsors or is the beneficiary of a number of special musical events. Please watch for those dates and plan to be with us. Planned Gifts: Special individuals recognize the Music School in their estate plans. We would be pleased to know about these intentions in advance so that we may acknowledge your generosity. Volunteering: Fill your day with music and song. Keep company with bright and eager minds. Volunteering at CMSS is rewarding and fun.
